Graduate Occupational Therapist – Housing and Property Search

Adaptation Design is a surveying and architectural consultancy practice specialising in the inclusive design of homes for people with disabilities and specific accommodation requirements. We are seeking a newly qualified housing Occupational Therapist to join our growing property search team. 

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic newly qualified Occupational Therapist to join our specialist housing consultancy team within the independent sector. The role involves working alongside leading law firms, case managers and rehabilitation professionals involved in catastrophic injury, personal injury, clinical negligence and medical negligence cases. 

This is a unique opportunity to develop specialist skills in housing, accessibility, disability accommodation and property search work. The role combines clinical assessment and environmental analysis with practical housing consultancy to help identify and secure suitable properties for clients with complex accommodation needs requiring accessible housing solutions and major adaptations. 

You will work alongside experienced Occupational Therapists and property professionals to assess, source and review rental and purchase properties for disabled clients and their families.
