Adaptation Design Limited undertake all manner of adaptation projects and have designed in excess of 4,000 schemes since our establishment in 2004.
The company was founded by David Goodheart in 2004. Prior to this, David had been the Managing Director of the largest specialist installation company of adaptations equipment and facilities in London for more than twenty years. His experience as owner of a Contracting company highlighted the absence of surveying and architectural consultancies that specialised in adaptations projects and this apparent void in the market place prompted the formation of Adaptation Design Ltd. Our expanding team offer a conscientious, professional service to clients all over the UK.
Our staff have over 60 years’ experience of adaptations between them and have qualifications recognised by the RICS, CIOB, CIPHE and City & Guilds. We have a vast knowledge of inherent building design problems, the products available to overcome them and are able to offer the most appropriate solutions to ensure independent living is maintained.
We act as the independent link between our client and the building contractor. Our design, specification and supervision services promote competitive tendering and ensure that projects are carried out as cost effectively and efficiently as possible.
Our head office is in North London but we cover most of the UK.
