Our client’s mother…

During the construction phase, we act as the contract administrator under the terms of the JCT construction contract. 

​We chair and minute pre-contract, progress, valuation, snagging and final inspection site meetings to maintain up to date records of the project as it progresses from commencement to completion. 

We analyse financial valuations and variations presented by the contractor and issue all associated instructions and certificates.

On completion of the project we assist in compiling all associated documentation as part of the property handover.
