Our expert team undertake all manner of adaptation projects and we have overseen over 6,000 since the company was founded in 2004.
We provide assistance both pre and post settlement; for short term solutions in existing or temporary accommodation and for long term adaptations to lifetime homes.

Our team work closely with the client and their multi-disciplinary team to establish the project brief and in order to prepare construction designs that meet their needs, budgets and expectations.
All of our schemes are fully approved by all relevant parties as design stages progress and prior to construction works commencing on site.
We navigate all necessary planning and building control applications before preparing detailed tender drawings and specifications of work ahead of a competitive tendering process.
