Adaptation Design were initially appointed to advise on the suitability of a rental property for this client.
Once our client had received the necessary funds to allow them to purchase a long-term home, Adaptation Design were again approached to oversee the design of this extensive refurbishment, reconfiguration, and extension of this stunning, detached property in need of a new lease of life.
Having secured planning permission for the necessary alterations, Adaptation Design then moved towards the commencement of the building works on site, completing construction drawings, liaising with the structural engineer, and preparing a full specification of works.
Following a competitive tender process we prepared a comprehensive tender analysis report in order for our instructing party to make an informed decision on the most appropriate contractor to proceed with.

As part of our growing suite of services, we have also been commissioned to prepare 3D modelling, photo-realistic computer generated images, and a rendered video walk-through for the proposed scheme to assist the client and their multi-disciplinary team when visualising the home that we are about to create.
